Who We Are
Father-Con exists to inspire, equip, and support fathers in their essential role within the family. Particularly Father-Con serves to be on the frontline of the fight against human trafficking. We believe that healthy father-child relationships are foundational to the solving of these problems and for the well-being of society.
Father-Con was founded by Patrick Erlandson.
What We Do
Through conferences, workshops, mentorship, and community engagement, Father-Con provides practical tools and support for fathers at every stage of life.
Our Impact on Los Angeles
Communities thrive when fathers are present, engaged, and equipped. Father-Con helps strengthen family relationships and promote healthy family culture throughout Los Angeles. Human trafficking in Los Angeles is a serious issue, our work is being on the frontline to end that trend in the home.
